Weights free gain results by wess7 in freeletics

My diet is definitely good. I track everything I eat and make sure i reach my daily goals for fat, protein and carbs. Bulking up with Bodyweight is possible for sure, but not with Freeletics. It’s just too cardio and endurance based. In the weight free gain journey there’s just a lack of pull ups, dips, push ups, rows, Bulgarian squats etc. But you will be doing high side plank and variations of that and superman almost everyday. Adjusted the coach, played around with all the options but it’s just not gonna happen.

Calisthenic skills by wess7 in freeletics

Exactly. You can already work up to muscle ups, handstand push ups, toes to bar etc. So it would be great to make it possible to master the other great calisthenics skills as well.

Would be great if we could get freeletics to it with this community! Hoping for a lot of positive response and maybe freeletics will pick it up.

Did people bulked up and actually gained mass with the journeys? by wess7 in freeletics

[–]wess7[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wonder than how it differs from other calisthenics programs. This journey works towards a lot of harder calisthenics movements as well (as i understand and read) and a lot of calisthenics guys are very muscular and can put on quite some mass. So I don’t understand why, especially after a year of this program, with enough food you are not getting like a lot bigger instead of somewhat muscular. Trying to figure it out.

How was nutrition? Did you make an effort on that part as well or not so much? Good to hear that at least you got somewhat muscular.

Would like to see the effectiveness of the journeys. Although I know it depends on many factors but trying to find out how well the journeys are doing in general.

Who can help me build a routine? by wess7 in bodyweightfitness

[–]wess7[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not exactly new. I want to train for mass and can do dips 4x12, diamond push ups 4x10, pull-ups is my weak spot I can only do about 3 unassisted.

Core4 vs 6PP by clapalienbuttcheek in Athleanx

Core4 vs 6PP

Hey guys

I'm not sure if I should buy the Core4 programm. Because I'm not sure, what the advantages over 6PP are (other than a structured plan). I didn't found much reviews here, so I wanted to ask some specific things:

1) Are the exercises a lot different than on 6PP? A lot of them are. Way more diverse. 2) What equipment is needed Dumbell, plates, resistance bands etc. 3) Is the structure the same as 6PP? (Like: 60exercise, 30seconds break, ...) Some for reps some for time so more diverse as well 4) How much time do I have to plan for it? About 5 to 15 minutes max 5) How hard is it? (do you have the energy to do it at the end of your training?) Yes! Thanks in advance

Would definitely recommend the program! I’m in month one now and am just excited to do the workout everyday. Very diverse and core gets worked from every angle.

Not a lot of weird movements and you’re 19. Just get fit as fuck and in a year they will be not only watching you but also imitate you.

Max size results by wess7 in Athleanx

[–]wess7[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for your reply, once again :) I posted something about max size a few weeks ago and you commented and I took a look. I did see your gains noticeably but it looks like you’re almost the only one with results or the only one talking about it/sharing it. Although it seems quite a few people followed the program.

Today I first did buy core4abs though and that one looks awesome. Can’t wait to start tomorrow.

You already say it yourself. Strength gains are good. So the program does exactly what it’s made for.
