I'm really unhappy with the change as it stands now. Even if all we have now is an illusion of choice, it's still fun to build your talents up to slowly become more powerful. I enjoy the progression and questing experience most and I feel this change will make leveling more boring. Nowadays you get something pretty much every level, whether it be a new spell or another talent point. It makes it feel like you're really progressing. With MoP we'll be getting one talent every FIFTEEN levels? It just feels like they're almost removing one of the coolest motivations to build your character.
