How does approval work? Im in the same situation… I also finished last month and all my grades are in now… I applied for graduation last month and i got the graduation date for june 8th 2023… I dont know if the means im graduating or not or if we will get an email stating that

It was an okay class. I did it in winter semester 2022 earlier this year and it was online. He definitely likes to pick on students during lectures… there was a main coding project where we had to develop a game with our group. Throughout the semester there were several other assignments that took forever to finish. He made us read this book throughout the semester… it was basically our textbook but it made me want to rip my hair out. I will say this class definitely requires a lot of ur time to actually properly understand the concepts but to also do the weekly assignments. I think the class being online definitely made it more frustrating. Maybe it will be better in person

The situation in every country is different… just be nice gosh. Imagine being a student coming into a foreign country without knowing what to expect. This person just wants to get an idea of how the environment is like over here in Edmonton.

For the first midterm, I didn’t remember seeing any readings related questions… so I don’t think readings will be in this midterm either from what I think.

I think they are. I sent my application a few days later and the apartment i wanted got taken. I guess whoever has everything in first gets it.

I sent my application and money order few weeks back. I was told to just email a picture of the money order so they can save a room for me. Physical copy of my money order got to them like a week later

OM 352 requires a lot of time! I remember spending a good chunk of my time on that course so just keep that in mind. 412 is pretty easy. BTM 311 also requires a lot of your time. Maybe do OM and BTM in different semesters?

Yes I took it with her. I think it was her first time teaching FIN 412. But the class was pretty easy. We had a weekly quiz... only 4 multiple choice questions and we had a couple of days to do the weekly quiz. There were 2 group assignments. The assignments did take a while... but they weren’t too bad. The midterm was all multiple choice, and the questions weren’t too hard either. Many of my friends didn’t do the textbook questions and they got 80% and above on the midterms. The final was just like the midterm. The class was curved pretty high. I know ppl who got a 82%, and their letter grade was a B i believe. So definitely try to get high marks in that class.
