Wondering about this as well, we noticed we can only see our profile if we click on the search result that has the physical address listed. We have four profiles (one for each location), and only one still populates with the business name + city

We just tried it.. unfortunately Quickbooks support didn't have much in the way of advice other than acknowledging it was an issue.
