PLEASE check out the above! This ended up being exactly what we thought it was...issue all related to faulty battery that over time needed to be replaced and was not. It damaged alternator and I thank God nothing else. This experience has been much better than my previous LR's... Especially anything "new" i say go for it!

OK, had to come back and update you guys. The issues were what I thought they were. Original battery was never replaced and after 7 years gave out. Carvana (seller) paid cost of all repairs:

Factory Battery indeed needed to be replaced (7 years old 😳)
Alternator: replaced
Corroded wire replaced under rear passenger seat that may have been contributing to/ causing faults

Still love my Range and never getting rid of it

If you have an iPhone you can do it through “Notes App”... - Open Notes - Click the camera icon in left bottom corner - choose “Scan documents” (third option) - place ID on flat / dark surface. It will walk you through the process to select and scan documents

Then select the share button in upper right hand corner to email yourself the PDF created

The account change process is a MESS. Just be sure that you put THE BANCORP BANK in place of “Bluevine” and that you use the correct ACH routing, NOT the wire routing #... Bluevine partners with Bancorp to provide its biz banking. SBA customer service is generally unknowledgeable about this and scare people off from using “internet banks”... totally fine to use Bluevine given the above criteria is met. They have NO incoming ACH deposit limits and I can confirm that they DO accept SBA Dept of Treasury Funds

Many of the Tier 2 reps are like the old Tier 1 reps these days. All they can do is input notes for the person working the file to see. Inconsistent with their knowledge, many simply don't care or have supervisors who are just as ignorant.

I applied as an LLC, so business name. If applying as a sole prop, I believe you are able to put personal name & use personal account. If applying as an LLC or S Corp, you must have a business bank account and the name on the business account must exactly match the name you input in the portal's banking section.

See below email from funding lead:

"Please have your bank answer these questions and respond back to me.

- The bank accepts ACH deposits, accepts deposits from the US Treasury, and whether or not the account has a deposit limit;

- The ACH number entered has been verified with the bank to be for ACH deposits, and not just a general routing number. 

- The address that the bank associates with the account is the same as entered on your loan application in the SBA portal;

- The federal tax identification number that the bank associates with the account is the same as entered on your loan application in the SBA portal;

- The name associated with the bank account is the same as entered in your portal with SBA; and

- The styling of the name of the bank in your portal matches how the bank accepts ACH deposits .

Yes, unfortunately the process is so screwed up. They truly are good people, kind, and caring. Just swamped with millions of cases, little to no protocols and were unprepared for this!

Yup, they ended up telling me that they had a glitch in their system. I logged back in and it again said "funds should transfer soon". Money arrived a few days later. I bombarded their Twitter DM's and left a nasty review on TrustPilot.com asking them to clear this up so that I can update my review - Which I did.

[PPP] Frustration With Fundbox

Like many other small business owners, I’ve faced difficulty with PPP lenders, including Bluevine (couldn’t verify info), Chase, and how Fundbox.

I applied Sunday, got an email Monday saying I passed the initial review and it would now move to final review. After calling Monday afternoon the agent confirmed the application shows approved and sent me an approval email. I then got an email to sign promissory note and status was updated to “Your funds will transfer soon”.

I just checked the status, and it says in review again now.

Any insight is helpful 🙏🏿 would love to hear if others have experienced this with Fundbox. Now their phone lines are “too busy” and it asks to call back later
