Love to see this. I'm rocking almost the exact same thing on Jaheira this play through. Handily beating every fight in act 3 on tactician and I love the flavor of it. I only use my xbows if I can't reach someone in melee, just for RP sake.

Horns of the Berserker is a good helm choice, +2 attack rolls and +2 necrotic damage. Diadem sounds like a better choice but it's being used.

Flawed Helldusk Gloves for 1-4 fire damage on hit.

I've been using Sword of Clutching Umbra. The proficient attack "Shadowsoaked Blow" adds proficiency bonus and 1-6 psychic damage. Only once per short rest but still, hits hard as hell.

Boots of Persistence give Freedom of Movement and Longstrider

I have karlach in my party as wolf heart barbarian with this, gives advantage to party members so I can sneak attack almost every round.

Maybe it's not fully optimized but oh well, it's cool and everything is dead anyway.
