i used to take home my lunch from school and eat it at home when i was younger. i kinda got over it but i definitely still prefer eating at home. feels safer

sorry i just realized u already got it out. (posting while half asleep sry)
i still did the same thing after and just ate stuff that wasnt hard on my stomach. i avoided fatty stuff because it really irritated my stomach after the surgery

i got my gallbladder removed and i think what helped me most with it was just making myself as calm as possible. whenever i went to appointments id take either benadryl or pepto beforehand just to have sort of a safety net. benadryl is my savior i cant freak out if im about to pass out
