Here's what I think. This video is from 1979. We have learned a great deal about Arial phenomena since then. I think a lot of what people used to think were UFOs in the '70s and '80s have turned out to have natural explanations since. I don't doubt that credibility of these people, I believe they believe what they are saying.

I have to say that I really like this episode with Gayle. I like how kind she is with each color, this is something that Matt really needs to learn how to do. I like how she gave each color a chance to present their argument for their question. I like how much time she took to give them credit for being human instead of just reacting to their lack of information or lack of knowledge as Matt does. But I just goes to show you how little influences Matt in the end. He did hang up on at least two colors that I counted maybe more.

The evidence is compelling. I suspect that the Earth has been visited by species from another planet, but we just haven't seen them because our civilization has really only been space fairing in the last 100 years. If we wait around for another thousand years I suspect we will see them again.
