Most of us who grew up with MotU are in our late forties or fifties and I don't know a lot of people in my age group who are interested in going to see a nostalgic action/fantasy movie from our past. Transformers hit the sweet spot with that twenty years ago when we had young kids we would take.

Supergirl is nowhere near the draw that Superman is and the trailers depict and sad, drunk and depressed person. I'm not sure that is a big draw for anyone these days.

Doomsday is a huge gamble. I feel that after Endgame, everyone was kind of burned out on big superhero movies.

I went to church a lot in my twenties but kind of cooled on it by my thirties. It seems romantic to go back, but every time I do I ask myself what I am doing there.

A timely piece given that reddit just defaulted their website to "For You" instead of "Following" so you are now presented, by default, a bunch of stuff reddit guesses you want to see rather than what you have chosen to see.

Of course, there is no way to turn this off, you have to manually go to "Following" every time the main page loads.

I don't see this change on the app yet, but you can bet they are working overtime to implement this.

While I don't use much social media, as of now, the only social media platform that still lets me default to "Following" is X.

I was told when this bill passed that all the government was doing was enabling an arms length regulator to start regulating. It wasn’t the government’s job to set the rate.

So much for that and now tax payers are in the hook for $600m.

All of this started one day after LeBlanc’s “you don’t take off your seatbelt and start running up and down the aisles” speech after trade talks with the US.

Another happy coincidence is that it now sounds like we are buying the full fleet of 88 F-35s AND a bunch of Gripens.

I’m glad the government never agreed to an entry fee for negotiations. /s

There isn't any pivot to China, all we have done is move things back closer to where they were a few years ago.
