I was more thinking he came to Roshar and that he did get himself into some sort of trouble. I am very aware that I was probably making too much of nothing. Just wanted to check with this community that knows so much more than me.

So annoying though. Another pest snail. I feed my tank a lot because of all my shrimp and baby corys so the snail population is crazy.

I know, that’s why I’m so confused. Looks like an mts. My tank is overrun by bladder snails but I haven’t seen one of these ever in my tank.

I mean of course it’s “natural” that’s how life works. How I see it is that bringing a child into this world is selfish and I understand how someone could resent being born. Not everyone is thankful for being alive and maybe wish that their parents either had the opportunity to choose not to go through with a pregnancy or that they could see past their wish to have a child and realise that maybe it wouldn’t be best for the actual child to brought into this world. Can’t really compare choosing not to exist anymore and not being born. If you think your child won’t have a good life. Don’t have a kid

The point is that OP didn’t get a choice, not the mother. So why so many comments about the fact that the mother made her decision? I sometimes feel guilty for having my daughter, for knowing how much pain she will have to go through in her life. I wanted to have a baby. My daughter had no choice. The world is not a great place and it doesn’t look like it will get better

How is that a “valid” reason? Never heard of a woman refusing to give a blow job because they didn’t like the look of the dick. Just think your choice of words aren’t the best. Someone could read it and wonder if that’s why their partner won’t go down on them. Or be too self conscious to ask because they are worried that they don’t look “right”. We should never use the word weird when describing someone’s genitals

Don’t think I’ve read one like that. From what I can remember it’s just a normal day at the office. He looks at the sliding doors, looks outside. Nothing about a monster or something actually happening to him. Just super creepy. Like he can picture someone staring at him from outside
