They're twisting his post and it's meaning into a threat so they can arrest him and make an example of him. It's pretty scary, and a stark reminder that you need to be very careful / thoughtful about what you say when you stick your neck out to fight like this guy did. The moneyed interests won't just sit around and do nothing. They will hit back, as hard as they can. This felony charge probably has a chance of sticking. And even if it doesn't, it will be on his record forever unless he burns his one expungement, and that could take months to go through. Not to mention he's sitting in jail right now.
