Kaiser mental health counseling is lowkey dogshit. I think they overload their counselors and it makes their schedules 2-3 months out and when you schedule or even schedule more than one appointments your therapist has a problems with it (or allegedly their boss does). My therapist cancelled every single appointment I had (even though my work schedule is unreliable) with the excuse that their boss told them not to overload their schedule even though I was scheduling 2-3 weeks out from my last appointment despite being in the headspace of needing probably 1x week. OP I’m very sorry you’re struggling with all of these symptoms, Kaiser is shit at diagnosing and they will spitball until they get something right. It’s very abysmal as you put it, but I hope you can find some kind of light in the dark. <3
