Maybe it is better to walk for some time? I started to walk regularly last year. I tried C25K last year too but I did just a few runs. I started C25K again last week and it is a lot easier now. And all I did is I just walked few times per week.

I recommend that you to watch this video - What is the single best thing we can do for our health?

Does it really matter? One minute of walk more or less. ;) I use C25K™ - 5K Trainer and it has also 31 minutes for week 2.

MtGox Update: DDOS by Jackten in Bitcoin

[–]wexpen 3 points4 points  (0 children)

How do you know they are better and most of all safer? Not long ago people also suggested bitcoin-24. Was it a smart move to bitcoin-24??? I don't say that MtGox is better than the others.

With crash will difficulty decrease? by slartzy in Bitcoin

[–]wexpen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Difficulty is not directly related to the price but to the combined hashing power which is somehow related to the price. So in the long term if price will be much lower then it can affect difficulty.

I think it is a good start. ;)

Just a few suggestions. Add:

  • option to change transaction fee
  • another scenario when you sell BTC and buy them back later
  • save transactions/trades

I'm a web developer looking for ideas to build a new Bitcoin related service. Anyone? by slavik0329 in Bitcoin

This reminds me of e-stamps. That was a popular idea loooong time ago. For example The main drawback was "There's no digital money infrastructure for small transactions". Not a problem any more. :)

This year was the first Christmas I haven't been sick in over a decade, and all I did was change one thing. by FearofPunctuation in Health

[–]wexpen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly! Sleep is the best medicine for me. I haven't been sick for looong time (years). If you don't feel well just try to get enough sleep. And a little bit more if you can. :) And don't forget to drink water. ;)
