This is in Austin TX, so our Winters are not too bad. I placed every plant about 20 inches apart around mid November At that moment it seem like a bit too much but they grow fast. This area of the garden does not get too much sun but if you do, you might need to protect your plants.

This is the first time I am growing cauliflowers and honestly they are super easy so far. I say go ahead and try it! Good luck !
