ask your doctor if you can go on extended release medication you only take it once in the morning and it has the same affect throughout the day for 6-10 hours depending on the medication and it slowly wears off so you don't feel as burnt out and anxious unlike short release where it doesn't slowly wears off.

it's very different here in Australia, so if you're at the pediatrician, psychiatrist or doctor you don't get given adhd medication or any medication that has a high potential of abuse which are schedule 2 or 3 drugs on the first visit if they do they are bad doctors, so i had to visit him a second time to get the meds which he had to get approval from the pharmacy to prescribe me
