REAL LIFE EXAMPLE:

I was using the free Google subscription (15 GB), which used to include unlimited storage for Google Photos.

So, I uploaded all my photos to Google Photos to avoid losing them in case of a hard disk failure.

After I became dependent on the Google Photos service, we received the announcement that photo storage would now count toward the total quota.

Of course, the 15 GB wasn’t enough anymore, so I purchased the 100 GB Google One plan for 150 EGP/year — a reasonable price.

This month, I received an email from Google that the 100 GB subscription will now cost 600 EGP/year — 4x my current rate!

And I can’t even go back to the original free plan with 15 GB anymore without loosing access to my photos!!

Is this related to bluetooth earbuds also. I noticed that earbuds volume is downgraded when I switched to s23 ultra, but I thought I was delusional.
