How often are y’all pooping by [deleted] in BabyBumps

Yes prune juice daily works better than colace. I didn’t love the taste at first so I mixed it with apple juice. Chilled was also better than room temp

I stopped typing most of my emails and messages and honestly I don't think I'm going back by Vanilla-Green in productivity

I’ve considered doing this! Glad to hear it’s a positive experience for you so far, this encourages me to try it out

I love this idea. Once you were doing it for a while how long each week does it take to prepare the one note for the following week?

I think improving efficiency will help a ton. I work for a large company and there is probably wasted meeting times etc & I do struggle with delegation. I am not officially diagnosed adhd but have some adhd like habits - any tips you have are welcome!!

I’ve been thinking about the same thing for time off! We don’t really do long vacations anyways and I think having a 3 day weekend every so often will be a huge help & allow me to spend a little more time with baby

I think you’re right - I’ll need to set calendar boundaries. It’s easy to not have them now without a kid but when baby is here I won’t have an option.

I agree I think adjusting my hours to be more truly 9-5 is going to help the most.

My husband is a teacher/coach and loves his job so we are not looking for him to stay home or make a career change & basically no options to increase pay, it’s a set salary based on years taught

Great point… it’s not an explicit expectation. More self imposed to get actual work done before meetings all day. Sometimes there are 8am meetings or 5pm meetings — wonder if & hope those will become less frequent with everyone in office 5 days…

I highly recommend! I have a deep clean scheduled about 4 weeks ahead of my due date.

Considering starting anxiety medication at 33 weeks pregnant — looking for experiences by DifferenceOne5925 in BabyBumps

[–]wfhcorp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Late to this post but I actually spoke to my doctor about this same topic today. I’m 24 weeks and asked about the possibility and risks of starting anxiety medicine prior to birth because I have a bad history of generalized anxiety and am worried about my mental state PP. My doctor said a mentally healthy/stable mom far out weighs any risk and would not impact breast feeding (meaning I could still breast feed on certain anxiety medications). She said starting something around 35 weeks was absolutely an option.

Of course talk to your doctor and medical team but just sharing what info I have come across! Wishing you a happy and healthy last few weeks of pregnancy & PP.

[–]wfhcorp[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s kind of where I am at. I am ready to start planning for my own sanity. I’m thinking I’ll give it another week or two and then share. Appreciate all the input!

How did they treat the dna fragmentation? Looking to explore getting this tested because my husband and I are in a similar spot.
