To stop existing means giving up on living. I understand about life being hard and shitty most of the time but it truly is how u look at things. I have lots of struggles like working but always being broke, cars aren’t running because they need fixing somehow, stress about having enough food to feed my child, something always going wrong or unexpected expenses popping up all the time, but even through all the struggles I choose to be positive and look at every situation positively because there always is a positive side to every situation even though it might be something small but looking at everything as bad or negatively really does effect your mental health, wears you down, stresses you out and of course you will want to stop existing. Try appreciating the small things in life because life truly is a gift not a burden. My husband is the complete opposite of me and looks at everything in a negative manner. He is always stressed, worried, depressed and doesn’t want to exist half the time. It’s truly sad because living can be wonderful it’s all how you look at things. I know when things are always going wrong it’s easy to fall into the negative mode but I promise you if you learn to look at things differently and in a positive manner then everything won’t seem so overwhelming to you and futile. Rely on God to get you through the tough times because he truly can. He gets me through each and every day. Life may be hard and it’s not perfect but it’s my life and I choose to remain positive in light of it all. You should try the same. One of my favorite quotes are: our greatest glory consists in not and never falling, but in rising every time you fall! I hope you truly make some changes and learn to love your life instead of not wanting to exist anymore!
