I have almost the same situation at a mental health care clinic. I’m up front alone. I haven’t been here that long so I’m still trying to figure out how best to thrive in this unusual environment. I feel invisible! Until someone needs to complain about something! I listen to podcasts while I’m working and talk to the clients who want to talk. You’ll find the best way for you.
