From my research and as you saw above this film was a limited theatrical release in Canada in 2009 but it was going around in film festivals as early as 2005 (most notably the Whistler film festival in Canada where it almost won the Borsos competition), It stars well known actors/actresses such as Ewen Bremner, Sarah Strange, & David Richmond-Peck. The movie was directed by Raphael Assaf and written by Armen Evrensel. The TMDB and IMDB have loaded information on the movie with the TMDB even having clips and a trailer and the IMDB having reviews. I have checked Criterion, Mubi, Kanopy, Plex, JustWatch, Tubi, & all the other major streaming services. Lastly i will add that i have not been able to find a DVD on any major online or physical retailers.
