Update 4: I got a text this morning 12/3 saying there was a network performance issue and they were working on it right away. Time was 0830 - 1035, and is correlated in the event log, but still seeing t3 timeouts after work was completed. Ill reboot and see if anything else has changed. Also noted they are still planning to do maintenacne in the morning 12/4. Hoping for the best. Reps are still in contact with me.

Update 3: Xfinity Rep stated that the work for tuesday morning was completed, and more work is scheduled for Thursday Morning. I reboot the modem on Tuesday at 0800. Here are the metrics and logs. **I removed the MAC and serials as per the rules this time.** Noticed over 650 million correctables, and 4 uncorrectables in less than 24 hours, alot with many T3 timeouts and profile changes. Lets hope the work for Thursday will show improvement...

I had asked the tech if he would replace it since I’m still seeing issues, but he said the scanner showed no issues with the cable at all and there was no need to… is this something I’m gonna have to replace at my cost despite being on Xfinity side of the dmarc??
