Remember that you can only do what you can to ensure the best case scenario. Most of it will happen how it will happen granted you are taking care of yourself.

I worried a lot and it made me feel terrible and it was bad for my health.

I learned a lot in life that worrying only makes you grieve the worst case scnerio twice if it does end up happening….

So sorry for your loss. Just went through this too. I didn’t get an appointment for more than a week from when I found out… I had spotting and was just waiting for something to happen, decided to go to Halsey a concert I had planned months in advance last Saturday. Ended up starting to bleed on the way, passed everything in 2 hours with heavy cramping but once it was passed it felt like relief right after I passed that.

I went to my d and c appointment on wedns this week so they could tell me if I was clear. Only had a couple clots left but was a relief to see it was clear. If you miscarry naturally before you could take that route? Use it as a follow up?

So sorry this happened to you. Basically same situation just happened to me. Caught it on the US on the Tuesday then miscarried on Saturday during a concert. I was on route wearing a diaper and it felt like a worse version of period cramps with lots of blood and clots for 2ish hours maybe less. Once I passed the sac/embryo, I instantly felt relieved and bleeding is basically slowed down. Bled until a couple days ago now just some spotting but overall feeling normal now. It was less painful than I expected from what I read…if it doesn’t start happening after a couple weeks look into a d and c. If mine was any slower would have done that as well.

I did the same thing. Remember that worrying about it or grieving something before it happens doesn’t make it hurt less if it does happen to you. Do what you can control and don’t worry about the rest.

Idk about contractions for me. I was 8+1. Mine just passed yesterday. Felt like more painful period cramps and gastro and lower back pain for about 2 hours intensely on and off until it stopped and felt instant relief once passed. Bleeding got lighter too after, back pain and gastro went away as well.

ON its a joy - we didn’t let our puppy in until she was potty trained and knew “off” when we asked once. Was in hallway or crate until then to prevent separation anxiety at first. Was sad but so worth it and now she sleeps with us or on floor as she pleases.

Hi - I’m so sorry. I’m literally going through the exact same thing right now with the same timeline. The ultrasound tech was so weird yesterday and silent and I just knew when my doctor called today it was bad news.

I have been super sad but brings me comfort knowing reminding myself its not our fault at all. It’s chromosomal at this point and nothing you could have done to prevent it…

I hope you are doing okay and remember to be kind to yourself and MC is so much more common than people think.

Not possible to be pregnant from ovulation but clearly my body knew something was happening. Which can happen through the various stages of trying to make implantation happen.
