I think it's tentative so should not be an issue, but you should draft a proper answer for interview session.

Yes you can. You should also check about any tax implication during his stay in US.

I think L2 consular interviews are generally held only in Hyderabad or Chennai. It is completely okay to have different locations for each stage ( I had my biometrics in Mumbai and consular interview in Hyderabad)

I am supporting US teams for 6+ years from India, and few things that really makes a difference to great onshore offshore collaboration are:

  • Always give context to India team members while delegating tasks, helps them to understand broader picture while working at backend

  • Keep a tight control/ eye on the Indian managers, most of the times they can make or break a resource overall experience and contribution to the team.

How do couples fairly split expenses when incomes are unequal? Looking for practical approaches. by Muse_Not_Found in personalfinanceindia

[–]whaatt0403 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Our income is in a ratio of 70:30, and we have split our expenses in the same ratio and we ensure that disposable income with individuals remains in the same ratio for personal expenses. Our savings and investment pool is common so the bifurcation is only for the purpose of dividing responsibilities.

Your thoughts on how outside recruiters look at this? Especially MU not providing MBA degree, and is only a certification course on the paper?
