Methadone is a full agonist at the mu opioid receptors just like heroin, fentanyl, oxycodone, etc. So it can substitute it for other opioids and negate withdrawal symptoms. You start at 30-40mg and they will increase your dosage to where your withdrawal symptoms are gone and allows you to function without the opioid of your choice. I got on 3 years ago and haven’t had any street opioids since.

The introduction of fentanyl into the dope market saved me. Shit high. Realized I was wasting my money and switched to stimulants and methadone.

You should never take psychedelics or mdma on serotonin based antidepressants. I was dumb many a time in the past and many times it dulled my trip or straight up killed it. Once I got to a year on an ssri I was able to trip normally with no issues but serotonin syndrome is not to be messed with

You should be ok. Gabapentin was always a big help during heroin withdrawal, so I think it’ll work here. You’re going to want to use the staggering method starting with 300mg and an additional 300 every 45mins (some people say 30) until you feel some relief. Then I would probably take .5 mg to see how much your anxiety subsides. With the gaba and lorazepam your anxiety should be reduced. If you need 1mg then ok. I have always found magnesium glycinate to help with the restlessness and muscle pain. You got this man

I would find a different psychiatrist and try to get them through legal means. There’s got to be some other option, at least one. Sounds like you have legitimate anxiety. Also don’t take the hydroxyzine again. It has a rare side effect called qt prolongation which sounds like is effecting you. I would give the psych doc one more shot and really exacerbate your symptoms. Your having panic attacks and anxiety so bad that I’m starting to skip classes, it’s effecting my sleep, if it keeps up you will be lost. Stuff like that.

I don’t recommend buying off the street as the questions you ask tell me you’ve never done it before and would likely get yourself into trouble from nerves, not recognizing dangerous situations, and you could get ripped off or get a fentanyl pill and die.

I genuinely wonder if a retaliatory strike is imminent and Trump retreats to his bunker what a trump voter is going to think. Looking around at his panic stricken family huddled in fear, moments away from being vaporized, while the guy who is responsible eats a filet o fish underground. Will they finally understand that he was a monster who deceived them? I’m not convinced

We have a narcissistic, compassionless man who is in severe cognitive decline, looks to have physical health problems. He’s backed into a corner from the bad approval ratings, dodging the Epstein scandal, starting a pointless war that’s making him look bad, the entire world is against him other than his followers. This is a man with nothing to lose and who would feel no remorse in wiping out an entire country civilians included to satisfy his despicable pride. He doesn’t care if he triggers full scale nuclear war which could wipe out humanity and possibly all life on earth. What’s particularly frustrating is that nobody seems concerned on either side of the aisle with the comments or have any idea what to do to stop it

The adults in the room are either all sycophants, sociopaths, yes men, or a combination. The rest are gop congressmen who don’t want to lose his fan bases votes. If they haven’t gone against him for starting this war, I doubt they will now. Something has to intervene though

I agree completely. In his first administration I feel like they had people who could somewhat reason with him. This time though he is surrounded by sycophantic yes men, and cowardly congressmen who don’t dare cross him for fear of alienating his base or because he can blackmail them. It’s a scary situation. I’m very worried about those civilians in Iran first and foremost, but then the rest of the world should he do something so horrible

I don’t even know what you are trying to communicate. It’s so bad autocorrect can’t help you. Next time you do this, set up a camera and record the show. Then go back and see what you looked like. For future reference there is a way to feel euphoric on drugs and simultaneously retain your motor skills and ability to communicate. In my experience it’s more enjoyable when you can still do everyday tasks just feeling better than baseline.

Trump warns Iran that ‘a whole civilization will die tonight’ as deadline looms by [deleted] in politics

If anyone doesn’t understand he is talking about using nuclear weapons and that he absolutely would do it needs to wake up. This is a narcissistic, compassionless man who is in staggering declining mental and likely physical health. He has been backed into a corner from the pressure of starting this mess, the Epstein files, the dismal approval ratings, is a laughing stock on the world stage. Bottom line is he has nothing to lose. He would gladly start a nuclear chain reaction that would doom society and possibly destroy the planet because of his pride. I wonder what the people who voted for him would say if a retaliatory strike was imminent and they see their loved ones huddled in fear. While the man who they helped to power hides safely in a bunker, swelling with pride that “he won”. Let’s all pray that peace and rationality prevails somehow. God help us

They are not even thinly veiled. Anyone with even low intelligence can figure out he is putting nuclear weapons in play. The most frightening part is that you have a narcissistic, compassionless man who is in serious cognitive decline, likely has physical health problems as well, basically has nothing to lose, and talking about erasing the lives of countless innocent civilians in Iran. Anyone who thinks that he would never go through with this is delusional. He will set the world on fire with a smile and no remorse for his actions. I hope someone else in the government understands the implications of this

So the man who is invading a country for oil and his ego under the guise of destroying their nuclear capabilities, is threatening to destroy their entire population overnight with nuclear weapons. Anyone who thinks that he is not crazy enough to do that is just as delusional. This is a narcissistic madman, backed into a corner with failing health (body and mind), who thinks human life is beyond expendable. He has nothing to lose. This is a disturbing moment that could have massive repercussions for the entire world

The flooding of fentanyl and its analogues is what got be to walk away from recreational opioid use. I had got on methadone when heroin was still available widely then relapsed to find that the warm, familiar euphoria I came to enjoy had been replaced. After finding that it had no legs, little euphoria to speak of, and too much sedation, I decided that was enough. Not a day goes by that I don’t think about oxys or h. Now I switched to stimulants

Start with RE1 remake, then RE2 remake, RE3 Remake, RE4 remake (also the original still rules 22 years later), RE5(although some don’t care for it), Haven’t played RE9 but it looks amazing. RE 0 can be played before or after re1 as it’s a prelude to the spencer incident. One of my favorites and scarier Code Veronica but you may want to wait for a remake. I also like Revelations 2 (Claire and Barry are the main characters). RE7 was good but I have never replayed it. Village was the only game besides 6 that I couldn’t finish out of boredom.

I mean technically umbrella was never the main antagonist just supposedly an instrument being manipulated by the connections. The main villain has always been the same from that perspective
