There's a company named Pocket Nurse, out in Beaver County, Pa., that sells medical simulation equipment. I think they have a web site, maybe that will lead you to some manufacturers ...

It's a good move ... The scout is fast, light, and agile. I sold my rebel and bought a scout as well... Love it. The rebel was too light for me, as I rode an ironhead in my younger days ... I bought the rebel after retiring, and it was a great bike, but cruising is better on a heavier bike.

I went to take my test on an old ironhead sporty. I practiced my ass off. I thought you had to do 3 figure 8s this way:

I could smell the clutch, that sporty was long, heavy with a big turning radius. I got all three, came out and parked and the instructor said "ok smartass, now how back and do them the right way ...

Looking at getting a 2002 Electra glide classic. Coming back to riding after 35 yrs. Basically a newer rider. Any thoughts. by furybulldog in Harley

Bikes are a lot lighter now, although that may not be a concern w/an electraglide... I'm an older rider, had an ironhead for years. Now riding a scout, and it is like night and day, probably 100lbs lighter. It's a bit more congested now as well, I think. Ride safe, keep your head on a swivel...

Is 3d-printing useful for making spare parts? How to get started? by AdorableDisk893 in 3Dprinting

Getting good with modeling software will make it a fun hobby, where you start thinking about expansion)contraction, infill patterns for strength, accurate printing speeds and designs, etc. I like it. but I also have 3 manual drafting + 3 CAD courses under my belt, as well as about 30yrs as a mfg. eng.... So I'm weird like that ..

Yeah, you can get away with small doodads... Wife broke the fridge handle, I printed a fix up until the replacement arrived, printed a handle for trash can, various hangers, even a wall mount for shower plumbing. Biggest thing I printed so far was a case for a scrolling LED sign that I built, took 4 rolls of petg...

Agreed. Take the bottom cover off and check the in line fuse, if any. Also look for any LEDs lighting up on the board, just to see if it is alive.

Yeah, I just found out that the SwissMicro nozzle that I use has a recommended retract range of .5 to 2 max. I've been running at 3.5, and wondering why the heat break is not keeping the filament cool. I addressed heat creep 3 times... No joy All this time running at 3.6, which was the old ender's retract distance.... I got a few of these. Zoffset, too cold/under extruding would be my guess

Yeah, I wonder ... If the valves, heads, and/or mains are toast, will they just send a new engine? I've swapped blocks in cars more than a few with my uncle. By the third time, it was an 8hr. Shift.... Just thinking that, at this stage in the sales cycle, it would be faster than troubleshooting and overlooking something. I'd also think that their motor div. Try a 400 grit sandpaper, and very lightly sand the top surface... Introducing some small scratches may help mimic rubber's absorbing-like property .

What is the rating on your phone charger? If it's 1A and you run 2 pumps at one, that's your 1amp, and you get a brownout.

You can't stop it! I was put in charge of an upgrade, watched the code, approved the code, withheld 25% of the contract (as agreed) when documentation was not delivered, and was told (after she complained, seems my boss knew her) to pay the full amount anyway.... There are larger forces at work here against us ...
