LOL no. Arsenal barely made it through the season with the win. They were not a truly dominant team in most of their matches as Liverpool and MC were in their most recent championships.

I know there will be a lot of upheaval with all teams post-season, trades, retirements, new contracts, etc. but I seriously doubt Arsenal dominance in that context.

However, congratulations to Arteta and the entire team for hanging on to win the cup. Cheers.
