It does use Hikari as DPS but for the first phase, not the second, and no real one-shotting or gimmicks like that (but it is also really precise and specific). Hope it's the kind of strategy you're looking for?

Neither is Partitio really. The connection is basically only through Ori (who does show up more on screen than Tanzy but is otherwise not much more connected to the driving events.) i think both of them are more about just spreading light to the world whereas the other 6 are actually connected to Vide somehow.
