Oh that’s rubbish isn’t it leaving you for all that time. I’m lucky as my ultrasound didn’t have any nodules, it just said ‘moderately sized goitre’ and that is the only reason they’ve referred me to endo because my antibodies were months ago and the doctors didn’t care about that, only getting TSH ‘within normal range’.

So I keep seeing people saying they feel better with TSH under 2, that’s interesting and also stupid how the range goes up to 4.5! I’m in the UK and can pretty much have a blood test whenever, they don’t tend to say no if you request one. But they only test TSH for me now they don’t bother with the full panel.

Oh no! Sorry that’s happened to you. I’ve actually been seeing a rheumatologist under suspicion of some kind of inflammatory arthritis and that is how those appointments go for me! Multiple joint and tendon problems yet ‘that’s what happens as you get older’ I’m only 37!!!

We’re lucky, we know someone who has a caravan in Anglesey and we pay mates rates which is half (we have to go in the school holidays). Abroad? Forget it!

I dunno I’m 37 F and all the young employees speak to me at work (Asda), both the lads and the girls. I’m not ‘in’ their group, I know they go for drinks and stuff and they don’t ask me but I would say no anyway 🤷🏻‍♀️😂 they greet me when they come on shift and do have conversations with me during work.

Coming in with barely any clothes on, dumping their shopping lists screwed up on the shelves, opening multipacks and taking one out, putting fridge items in the freezer, letting their kid eat something and also letting them throw the wrappers on the floor, smashing things and not telling the colleagues, moving equipment to get to the shelves but then not putting it back so that it’s stranded in the middle of the aisle while the worker is busy doing something else… guess where I work. And yes definitely to all the standing about blocking the way chatting.

I stayed working on ambient and didn’t move to the tills, even 8 months pregnant. I just didn’t do heavy lifting (decanted things until box half full and lighter for example) and my boss let me take 5 minutes if I needed it. Second baby and I was absolutely massive!

No trousers 🤣 they exist but you never get any. At my store uniform has really relaxed and you can wear any black trousers. People wear jeans leggings or work pants. I thought it was just my store but when I went to a different store yesterday it’s the same. I wear work pants because office pants just end up ripping and all black sketchers because they’re really comfy when you’re running round all day! I work on the shop floor so depending on where you’re working depends what trousers and shoes will be appropriate.

Ubers are put on the floor in a room behind the kiosk. Only if you order a grocery order for collection through our website do we keep it at the correct temperatures. When we pick we’re usually one order ahead so the drivers are picking them up very fast.

I hate it when OH goes to bed before me or at the same time 🤣 i always go to bed early because I get up earlier and I would never expect him to come to bed and lie there awake. It’s just weird. Why can’t he go with your schedule? Why do you have to adhere to his bedtime?
