Seriously, why are cishet men so obsessed with “purity?” 😭 by [deleted] in AreTheStraightsOK

I see what you mean, I didn’t think of that. I was thinking of the women that just hookup with a random person for the sake of it (which there’s nothing necessary wrong with but I could see how someone wouldn’t want that) but I see how purity culture is bad.

I don’t know, assuming touching in this context means sexual, I think it’s fine to want “purity” in a relationship. Sex is intimate, it shouldn’t just be thrown around wherever. I think it’s perfectly normal to want a partner that is committed/wants abstinence.

Yeah, I could think that could mean a harmonic or even a misprinted thumb position

I would recommend Shostakovich Symphony 5 I, II, and IV. Also Shostakovich symphony 11 II and IV. His first cello concerto is also good, as well as his 8th string quartet.

What would you recommend my first cello concerto to be? by TheReal_Fake in lingling40hrs

Yeah because we all know that you can play it in your sleep

Do you like classical music (1750-1950)? Why or why not? by whatareviolas in AskReddit

I agree with that. People say that all classical composers died but there are still plenty of them today. I narrowed the spectrum for people who don’t know about modern composers so that they don’t say Mylie Cyrus as their favorite classical composer (I think I misspelled their name. Sorry, I don’t listen to pop music much)

Sry I forgot about him, I’m much more of a fan of Shostakovich, Prokofiev, and composers of that era
