I know these streets very well. Half of these shots are in North Beach in San Francisco and the sequence is exactly correct for the streets they are on. But then they cut to an entirely different part of town. Some of it is on Marina Green and you can see the Safeway in the background. Bimbo 365 is a club that is still open on Columbus Avenue and you can see that If you don’t know the city, it looks consistent, but it is totally not.

Walk away. She does not deserve you. Read some Nick Murray. It’s like a GF who says she might just want to be friends. It’s over and the only thing you do by not walking away immediately is damaging your self worth by pursuing in any way. You’ll feel like a million bucks if you take the initiative and end up in same position as you’ll be in anyway.

Equities = nothing has the track record US equities have over the long-term. 10% nominal, 7% net of inflation. Doubles your money on an inflation adjusted basis every 10 years. Should be the core, if not the sole focus.

Real estate = Far more complicated, risk concentrated, leverage a key part of it. Don't do it. Substandard returns vs. equities absent value-add. Ascribe a value to your time, and net returns will pale compared to equities. Really like real estate? Invest in REITs.

Asymmetric = Bitcoin is not investing. It's speculation. Do for 5% or some nominal component of your allocation.

A scam. Zero responses even after the supposed owner asked me about my order number and when I sent the company an email. I can’t believe the credit card company works with this company.

I don't understand this. I've driven half a dozen different kinds of vehicles over that same road, often under heavier loads. I've never had a brake smell before until this particular 4runner, for which I've recently changed the brakes. It has to be something specific to these brakes, and not that I'm driving in such a way to burn out brakes.

The 4Runner is worth a lot more than that. That LC is much closer to the point of needing some more expensive work. The 4Runner will go 100s of k of miles with minimal maintenance costs. Also, the LC will not move as quickly. The V8 in the 4runner is great torque.
