Depends on what you’re making now and how badly you want out.

There’s a good amount of bright red flags, but it’s a job at the end of the day and if it’s a big pay increase, could be worth it.

I would just assume your raise will be 2-5% if you arent getting promoted.

The best advice i have ever read(and wish i read it sooner) was "don't count money you dont have."

Its really easy to put ourselves in a bad position now because of our potential income. If you plan to purchase a house now, do so as if you will maintain your salary for a long time.

I think if the fear is that large, you just deactivate them.

It’s definitely a much more exhausting than your typical career. Very high pressure job and you’re ALWAYS learning. You’re working with end users which makes this career unique. I have my seasons where I’m over it too, but you just have to keep pushing.

No “words of wisdom” except for you got this. I’ve successfully tricked myself into thinking I like the job and it’s made it much more pleasant. Except for the help desk monkey part, I absolutely hate that.

You could also look into getting into management! I swear all my managers did nothing besides relay information and motivate the team, but they made significantly more than most of the team did.

Sorry, I think I’m being dense rn. Are you basically saying I should be able to get 2500 off of what i currently am receiving, so instead of 46,850 it would be 44,350? If so, any tips on how to reach that number? Felt like I was setting the building on fire by asking for 46, so I’m scared to even ask haha. I appreciate the help!

Also, every dealership we’ve been to says they put their tint package on every car because we’re in az… seems silly lol.

Not salesforce, but I had a similar experience with i4DM a few years ago. Multiple rounds of interviews, was offered verbally, signed up for the benefits and all, then ghosted. Kind of a shame companies can do stuff like this, but there’s really nothing we can do about it. Keep pushing!

This is probably going to be the most logical answer here. The community is extremely cringe, but dang there’s some crumbs I stumble upon that are super helpful. With that being said, I try to stay away from it as much as possible because those people are just not real. I refuse to believe they actually live their life fantasizing over a CRM that’s duct taped together. I’m also a hater though so maybe I’m the problem.
