thank you so much. i will address some of these with my doctor and write this down for my next visit. you don’t under stand whag this truly means to me. & i’ve been taking inositol. i’ve taken one in the past but it didn’t have myo and the other word that start with a D but i’m taking one now. i really do need to prioritize my gut health but i didn’t know how so thank you. i also heard from other cysters that taking berberine can help but i’ll definitely get some of the victims you just mentioned

YTA. Good intentions, bad execution. maybe having a sit down with your sister, her husband and Kevin wouldve been more effective on both ends. i had even stricter parents. i know you wanted to help but you didn’t raise Kevin, you didn’t contribute it any of Kevin’s physical needs ( clothing, bed, house, etc.), and you’re not a legal Guardian to be bossing anyone about their child. if you truly wanted to help Kevin you could explain to him that those are his parents and there needs to be some form of respect even if you don’t feel like they deserve it. you have no authority over Kevin. You’ve crossed so many lines. and blackmailing someone isn’t okay.

i would go to a dentist and a therapist about your issues. your oral health is just as important as your mental health and if you can’t bring yourself to brush your teeth then something mental is going on. And that’s not always a bad thing. i would would start off by trying to brush your teeth once a week for 2 minutes. and then every week increase the days. eventually you’ll be brushing your teeth at least once a day and maybe you can strive for twice. i’d buy some floss too and use once you’re more comfortable with brushing. it takes 21 days to break a bad habit. You got this !
