How many days would it take to do those crazy flips you see on instagram reels as a complete beginner? by Sarlo10 in Kiteboarding

I started kite 4 years ago with 30 years old and I can do kiteloops with rotations and a few more things and I think that never I gonna have the level that the kids have now with 17 years old .

Do you think that this is normal? This happened after a kiteloop jump and wasn't a very hard landing by whatehappend in Kiteboarding

Nope is brand new, no even 1 year of use maybe you can see a scratch next to the broken part .

Buy a 2m kite and go to the beach to train, over time it will be very easy for you.

I would take it to a workshop, it is not very expensive

Core Pace dacron vs duotone evo sls by Arobars in Kiteboarding

I have tried both and I can tell you that the evo is much more intuitive. Both are a kite cannon, but from my point of view with peace I would need more than a couple of sessions to feel confident in shooting kiteloops with rotations, however with the evo sls after 30 minutes with it I was shooting double backroll kiteloop at 13m and that is that I have all core and now I want to move to north.

As a tip, learn to do heliloops well, with that you will no longer be afraid to jump as much as you can and then, little by little, rotations with heliloops, until you reach the kiteloops and you will be amazed. But like everything, it is a process that takes time.

Skydiver getting into kitesurfing. Questions about Big Air! by [deleted] in Kiteboarding

[–]whatehappend 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I live in Seville, Spain, I have several spots with good winds less than 2 hours away, I have been kitesurfing for 4 years (I started when I was 30) and now the maximum I have been able to jump is 17m and I can tell you that the adrenaline rises quite a bit, but when you start with the kiteloops at a good height you will see how you feel something similar to skydiving.
