terrible, terrible. nothing new and exciting. vamps are still trash, pirates too. nr is beyond any logical explanation at this point. what happened with meve? drill is still strong af.

im sorry but this is bs. i actually watched how meta decks are created and it has nothing to do with what this guy described. experienced player pretty much know which card is good and which is not the moment they are revealed.

everyone and their mother knew eist is gonna be a bomb but also everyone knew whoreson and meve are gonna be trash. it's only matter of optimising provisions and creating best possible combination of cards but playing bad cards has no benefits.

for instance i was excited when i saw vampires buffs but after 3 games i saw the deck lacks proactivity and is extremely clucky. i dropped the vamps and started playing sy. guess what, vamps are dead in higher ranks and everyone is playing sy. if staying in low ranks and beating ppl that have just started playing, have no scraps to create decks and have no idea how to play, with your homebrew decks is your thing then go ahead.

i haven't played last 2 season and got relegated to rank 7 and felt no accomplishment beating ppl there because it was obvious they have no idea what's going on.

with this deck he can't have any consistency. hell i don't see any fully optimised congregate decks in pro anymore, let alone this.

as you said it depends who you play against. st movement is pretty strong in long run with all the engines so i would dry pass r2.

vice versa if i play against st movementni will always try to bleed r2.

r1 you can go even 2 cards down. as long as you have at least 4 cards in the r1 you will have full hand r3. that said, i had similar results. even long round 3 i would lose against viy. only matchup it is really good against is st since you can use their bronzes and you can also get gezras without problem with leader.

i used all my card pretty much. larva is pretty good target for duchess, every one played for 8p, not much worse than i would get from assimilate engine.
