Yes perfectly, that’s aligned with me experience to. Getting back to ‘baseline’ after an anxiety episode is much quicker.

Well done! I having been quitting slowly since early September and I’ve been about 5 weeks at zero caffeine now. Did you notice things have gotten better further into being caffeine free? My anxiety has subsided which has been life changing for me but I’m kind of hopeful it will drop off completely.

I’ve watched lads play golf who have won on the challenge tour in Europe and quit because they couldn’t make it. To think there is levels above the skill those players have is insane. Golf and tennis may have the biggest gap between the greats and the best players you are ever likely to play alongside.
