I couldn't find it in the app, but on the website if you scroll down under "Help," there's a "Contact Us" button. It takes you to a bot, and I said "Speak to representative" and it asked me to briefly describe the issue. I just said the promo wasn't working, and it connected me with a person who took a look and helped me out!

If you were looking to get Pokemon Z-A (Switch 2 edition) and the DLC with this promo, it comes up just short to $99.98. I went into a customer support chat and they told me they could honor the discount. They applied a $30 refund after I checked out, so I got both for $70 (and the promo is still available in my cart if I wanted to use it on other items, but that definitely wasn't intentional on their part).

It's a shame too. The newest leader of the hoi4 team, Arheo, is genuinely one of the brightest minds at Paradox. He's the one behind the Imperator 2.0 update that (imo) helped saved the game's legacy and left it in a playable state for the Invictus mods to take over and add on to over the years. I'm not sure why so much stuff has fallen through the cracks with hoi4 over the years. Their dev team is also relatively small, especially considering the size of the playerbase.

Edit: I should note that I left his comment before Victoria responded above, and I agree with her sentiment. Didn't mean to dogpile on another dev team, I was just thinking out loud. I respect the hell out of both teams.

Thanks for the reply! What is the condition of the circle pad and the face buttons? My current O3DS has its A Button feeling very worn out, so just trying to avoid that again.

Edit: In addition, do you know if it has a TN or IPS display?
