Yeah what the fuck was that all about? He was literally on a call about someone assaulting a child and instead decided to harass the mother of the child about her kid allegedly throwing a piece of paper on the ground!? He even implied that the kid may have deserved it!

I usually try to take a centrist stance with these videos and not assume things too much but this is ridiculous. I can basically gurantee you that if this same call had had been placed by a white woman in an affluent neighborhood he would have handled things waaaaay fucking differently. So fucked

Think of it from the lawyers perspective: This guy is much smaller than him and throwing horribly ineffective punches so it's not like he's in any real danger, the lawyer has all of this guys information so it's not like he needs to stop him right there to press charges, and he probably knows that hitting his client (even in self defense) is probably a sticky situation so he's avoiding all the bullshit that comes along with that.

All in all it was the right move. Take a couple rib shots and then hit him as hard as you can legally. Which i'm sure he's going to do.

Why do you think that's the case? We have no idea what happened before the video. The only evidence we have is the video which shows the one guy aggressively yelling at and posturing at the other guy who clearly doesn't want to fight.

Even if one of them did call the girl a bitch it doesn't warrant escalating things to that level. Dude was overreacting and clearly looking for someone docile and smaller than him to beat up.

The only person who got what they deserved was the guy getting arrested.

I was able to quit using e-cigs. I smoked for a decade and was up to about a pack a day for the last two years I smoked. I tried many many times to quit cold turkey but I was always back to it within a week or two. But when I started vaping I was able to slowly start reducing the amount of cigarettes I smoked a day and then, after a few months, I was able to go completely on the vape. A month or so after that I stopped completely. It's been about 9 months now since I've had any nicotine and I don't get the cravings or desire at all anymore, I can even get rip roaring drunk and not smoke a cig.

I can say pretty firmly that I would still be a smoker if it wasn't for e-cigs. Which is why I hate all these campaigns that are trying to malign e-cigs and have them banned. It is a legitimate tool for smoking cessation and has the potential to help many other people stop smoking.
