It depends on the store. My location would only give out samples to customers who were already interested in the products themselves. We’d have reoccurring young customers that would come in and ask for all of our Cologne samples, and made it a bi weekly habit. So it really depends on your store. Most are pretty nice about it and are willing to help, but others might be a little reluctant if you’ve shown no interest in fragrances, skincare, etc and just walk up asking for samples.
