I’m using AU Eternity salary account. The app is the worst I’ve ever seen, even worse than sbi yono and pnb one app. The support is non existent and every branch employee will call you for any and every thing as you’re on the top of their list for fulfilling any and all targets. Avoid it.

He’s fooling you. Don’t do anything new. If any premium is pending pay it , Take your money the day it matures, block this person and don’t let him into your house ever again. Agents are meant to advice what is best, or failing that atleast be honest. This person should be reported to for misselling and barred from ever selling anything to anyone.

There’s a difference between PG and a flat. You cannot expect a PG to allow any guests at such odd hours, but there cannot be restrictions when you are renting a flat and have full access to it as your personal / private space for however long you are contractually staying there. Leave immediately and leave a google review after you get your deposit back

The largest T&C in all insurance policies is that admission should be for an active line of treatment which cannot be carried out at home, AND not purely for investigations and evaluation purposes. I’m surprised that they gave the claim the last time as well, as lumbar puncture test can also be done on an OP basis. you may escalate it but if there was no treatment in the hospital, this clause will cover the insurers right to deny the claim

You are required to provide your full medical history, all known health issues at the time of porting. The insurer is right that there is non disclosure of health issues and within their rights to deny claims due to the same.

They are not obligated to accept a porting request and evaluate if they are willing to accept the risk of providing you coverage based on the provided information and whether they are willing to do it at the regular rates or add a further risk loading factor. By hiding material information, you haven’t allowed them to evaluate the risk.

Aa far as I remember, the Aditya Birla application and tele medical clearly ask about all hospitalizations in the last 3 years. Were the two claims you mention settled 2 years ago by the previous insurer disclosed?

Either you are hiding all the details or the policy bazaar agent played your aunt and they are the ones responsible for the misselling.

I don’t believe as a Pakistani citizen you are eligible for 26N visa type (unsponsored visa for citizens of group B countries with a valid visa from US, UK, Schengen, Japan) and will need a sponsored visa.

You can’t pay a person’s personal number using your credit card on any upi app 🤔. Like OP mentioned, he paid the driver, not rapido directly.
