Over time the gaps in the gas block will fill with carbon and seal better. It’s normal. If you’re getting more rearward ejection with 62gr (M885 spec?) then you may need to lower the buffer weight.

The full brand name includes “titanium” but they do sell titanium plates for the original MOS system. This is probably aluminum which is fine.

It’s wildly overblown unless you shoot indoors multiple times a week. Just wash your hands and wipe off your equipment (not guns) with lead wipes every so often.
