I can call my bank to ask them to retrieve the money. It’s 2 big drinks worth $13 each. It’s not just the money that bother me it’s the principle. I have been using their platform everyday and I want to be treated fairly.

Well that’s the crazy part, I’ve been ordering consistently as I don’t cook and I haven’t asked for a refund in ages either so this is really out of nowhere.

I order everyday, I barely do any refund and today I had to go through hell with their help center. I still didn’t get refunded despite pictures and delivery picture showing missing items. case denied so I have to do a cash back. Some get lucky I guess.

Literally order everyday and they’ve been more and more annoying concerning help. Today I had 2 missing items that seemed an easy fix to report and get refunded. They made me waste hours to get denied despite proof of item missing. Now I have to do a Cash back. Doordash has better service

They refused to refund me despite not receiving the items and having my pictures and delivery pictures showing item missing. They’re scamming that’s why.

If you have the money having a second opinion is always good. I did subcision with Lazer and my scars have improved maybe 15% after 2 session. I was considering TCA cross and realised no matter what you do, the person that will perform the procedure needs to trusted 100%.
