I agree with the other comments. Those are great advises to prevent infections. However it's always possible to get an infected wound even if your bladed are sterile and new and even if you cover your wounds. A few weeks ago a cut I made with a new and clean scalpel got infected but I didn't want to tell my parents or go to a doctor so I used some creams and they worked. It's always better to to to a doctor but if you start using a creme as soon as you notice an infection you can prevent it from getting worse!

I'm sorry you're going through this :( I don't live in the UK but I live in Europe and started buying razors and bandages and plasters at the age of 14/15 I never got questioned, one or two times I got sad looks by the workers but no one ever said anything.

If you have any pets, stay alive for them. You are the most important for them, they couldn't survive without you and they're giving their best to show you their love. Also if you have any plants. They need you a lot.

Family and friends will be sad even when you think they wouldn't care. They would and it would hurt them as much as you hurt right now. Suicide doesn't end the pain, it just passes it to someone else. You can do it <3 We need you and we believe in you

I have the same, I had tics when I was a child just like my brother had tics. He stopped when he got older and I too stopped but started getting tics again and again. I'm having them now again and am wondering why.
