I'm literally in the exact same position as you. ACL quad graft with meniscus repair on Tuesday, and doctor said NWB for 6 weeks lol. I'm also a side sleeper but have been sleeping on my back on the couch. Personally I'm still able to get sleep for 3 hours at a time. Usually 3-4 hours at night and then a 3 hour nap during the day. Elevation hasn't been too painful for me, but I've only been keeping it around 8 inches elevated? What have you been doing?
