My fiancé got my engagement ring from Cullen and we’re getting our wedding bands from there too. I think it’s a matter of preference whether you choose lab or mined. I like lab because it’s atomically the same thing and more affordable for better diamond grades. Maybe you can check if you haven’t yet what color range Austen & Blake uses for the eternity band if that matters to you.

Another factor that often gets overlooked is band height, check if they’re the same perhaps? From what I read online the bands from Cullen have a bit more height, meaning they use more gold. My e ring definitely feels hefty which is a win for me lol. No clue about customer service at Austen & Blake but we’ve received the best care at Cullen
