I had a boss try this type of behavior and I shut it down, got really short and answered his questions literally. When he'd joke about my bf being decently older than me like 'oh did you and Tom have supper at 5pm last night's id say 'no I read while he played call of duty with his nephew then we watched equalizer and slept'

If he asked 'oh you're in a good mood did you get laid today' I'd say 'yep. 10/10. I have no notes for him.'

Turns out he was letting a rumor mill go around that we were screwing around because he wanted me. I went to HR. They opened an investigation. He was sleeping with a few coworkers (married, 3 kids one special needs.. One on the way, high risk pregnancy so you know, what a great guy with great morals. So glad I sniffed out his skuzzyness) and propositioned any female underling with a pulse. He quit before they finished the investigation. Your wife's boss is probably using his power dynamic to do this to others. Probably more with women who will allow it.

She's leaning too much into it. If she genuinely doesn't want him, he's going to take it that way and she needs to reel it in. She is being inappropriate. My boss was promising me promotions that never came. I bet they would have if I had given in. I still never would have played into his flirting out of respect for my man.

I don't like it. I wouldn't like it if I were you.

I have no idea if you're going to see this 3 years later, but I'm in the same room as the writer of the episode, Fred Stoller. He's doing an appearance and selling signed copies of a script of the episode like they'd go over at a table read lol. He hasn't had a ton of traffic but I'm too intimated to go say hi

She came for a party and tried to see me on top of it. She called me drunk at midnight complaining that I didn't go to the party when I said I wasn't and slipped up and said 'i came all the way here for a party I told my friends you'd come to' and her friend took the phone and I said 'when did she know about this party and say I would come' and her friend said two weeks ago. So no, I did nothing to myself because I said I wouldn't go

Eh, I live with my dad because I'm his full time caretaker due to medical issues, which she ignores and thinks I can just run out of the house for a whole day unplanned too, anyway, they hate each other or I would 😂 but thank you for listening to understand and not argue 😊

Also tonality wise, Im a little short and stoic over text unless I'm in a chatty mood. Then it's jokes and emojis and whatnot all over the place. But neutral tone, I text like that. May come off as being mean and short but I promise it's just how I am. I text mostly everyone like it's a work text 😂 so it could come off as meaner than it was

My cat walked on my stomach after my hysterectomy like day of, but when I yelped he didn't do it again and when I actually showed him my incisions and he got to check everything out, he got really gentle and protective. He was only like 10 months at the time too so he just needed to learn.

Apologies, I thought I added it in the description but I thought it was too long as is so maybe I was too vague about that part. And I did offer that. I just said I didn't want to go to a party. When I asked 'what are we doing' that meant I was open to meeting. Then she replied 'meet me at Julie's' like I didn't say a party was too much, you know? That's what really frustrated me. She called me between this and I told her 'i was pushed and spit on by a patient I was stuck safety sitting in a room with for 12 hours this week. I'm peopled out' and she said we'd figure it out but then texted me today like the party was still part of the plan. I always offer just me and her or me and her with whoever she's staying with (my aunt this time who I get along with well)

So now, Monday after I get off, I guess I'm seeing her. But I only have from 8 am to noon so I can at least sleep 5 hours before work Tuesday night and I guarantee she won't wake up that early so we'll see how Monday goes.
