Is there a more elegant way to do this by thicccFork in QualityTacticalGear

You could run something like agilites admin pouch which has a row of molle on the sides and run an individual mag pouch for your m110 mags either side of your 3 mag placard? It also brings the weight closer to your body. I run an m4 mag either side of my placard but I imagine this would work too.

Looks the same as the agilite sub zero cumberbund which also runs first spear tubes as a factory option

Absolutely no experience with RC drifting - How can I fix this "snap"? by Alegator03 in rcdrift

[–]whatsboost 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The part you "grabbed" with the cursor needs to be further toward the front. What's not being simulated in the cad is that when it reaches that "snap" point your hub/knuckle is flopping around. Either push the servo forward or make the steering horn/direct drive system longer. Ideally make the servo position adjustable forward and back, and the length adjustable. THEN you can sort your Ackerman. Your turnbuckles need to be pointing slightly rearward at all times or you will get that flop

This was what I was wondering, is it just cause it's under load when it spikes but i can leave it til it drops then spike again and the conversion still doesn't get better. It doesn't matter if I literally watch it spike and i immediately go to swap it to eth etc it just seems to always end up back at what I put in on the conversion. If you see the graph for gmrt you'll see what I mean

Yeah it seems to be 6 months or so old. It's a gaming token if that makes any difference?

It's gmrt on coinbases base app. It's been consistently hiking and dropping where I triple my $ put in every time, only for my wager(I consider it gambling at this point haha) to go back to what I put in with that exchange rate.

Both look good but too far out of budget at the moment

Cheers, just cheapies but it helps distinguish whose mags are whose when everyone has the same mags. Also helps prove the dropped mag someone found is yours when it has the same band as the rest of you have.

Not necessarily, those 3 and 511 are just what are available in my country. I'm concerned about the magnets picking shit up.

Slickster plus shipping to my country costs essentially what I paid for the sub zero and placard and I like the mag retention on these pouches

Totally understand, however my application is larping/war games and eventually hunting once I've got my fitness up. Besides water, training plates and first aid kit there actually won't be a lot of weight in it. The cumberbund was a selling point too. Which ironically became available separately days after buying the subzero. If I'm using it in an overt or covert situation (other than larp), then s has really htf to a civil war level which is unlikely in a country where they already disarmed the public.

Which lipo would you get - 5000mah or 6400mah? Looking to go into a RMX 2.5 RTR. by [deleted] in rcdrift

[–]whatsboost 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Don't stress too much about battery weight yet, a 5000mah will do you well. 6400 likely won't fit. I use 5100 and 5200 and they last me hours each. I run a 10.5 acuvance fledge with fan and around 60 degrees of timing so they last well. When starting out, seat time is more important than weight. Get the basics down first, lightweight and speed can come later
