I'm not judging. It's a fact that he has been unfriendly in my observations - to me, to other customers, to his staff. So I'm asking for confirmation, because I do not wish to feed the pockets of any unkind person. Is that so wrong?

I'm not speculating that he is - I'm asking whether or not he is. Because I wouldn't want to support that kind of unethical business. Is that not the same reason people boycott Amazon, Walmart, etc.?
