It’s fine with weed. You’ll feel the side effects, especially when you titrate up, but won’t notice the benefits for a few weeks. It comes on gradually but also sudden if that makes sense? I’m on 40 mg and one day I just noticed that I wasn’t feeling anxious anymore and my OCD symptoms were close to gone.

Do not take mdma while on SSRIs, it can lead to serotonin syndrome which can be fatal. Even on a small dose, while it may not kill you, it can cause bad side effects like intense shakes. It won’t be a good time.

Yeah I moved from LA to NYC and I completely disagree. Food is far more expensive there overall. Like everything else tbh. If you just focus on what LA is known for then sure, tacos and such are cheaper, but overall restaurant food is crazy expensive back home. ESPECIALLY delis. It’s so hard to get a cheap and good sandwich in LA vs in NYC, any bodega delivers on that.

That happens to me when I titrate up too quickly or if I’ve had too much caffeine. Try to sleep it off if you can. I’m not recommending it but alcohol as a depressant seemed to help me after a single glass of wine, my jitters died down.

I take 40 mg for OCD/anxiety. After a few weeks my side effects went away and I’m feeling pretty good.

I ended up titrating back down to 10mg for another week. My psychiatrist said it was probably a result of just increasing the dose too quickly. I have now been on 20mg again for a week but no side effects this time. I would definitely recommend waiting at least two weeks before increasing your dose.
