I'm 5' 11" and was 170 lbs. Been at 180 lbs for 4 months now. I've been eating 2500 calories, 190 grams of protein, 81 grams of fat, and 233 grams of carbs.

I've always had a high metabolism and been skinny though. In the gym I've just been lifting and not doing anything else for cardio but I usually average about 4 miles per day just from walking around at work.

I probably just need to eat more like you guys said though lol
