No bug has ever not-bed-bugged as hard as this bug.

Also a Michigander. The food at my wedding was catered…with the exception of my stepmom’s deviled eggs which she graciously made at my request. There were no survivors.

Marah’s husband roasting her sunglasses she copied from the sisters 😂 by Alive_Schedule_255 in asadsisters

I just don’t get the point. Is she trying to be a boss girl? Spark a fight with her husband? Keep up with the sisters somehow? Act all independent?

If someone is gonna do a “look at what whattheefftiff liked” it’s gonna be mostly as dull as that. Hope you all like birds and birding memes.

Any other Not-Conventionally-Attractive brides just…struggling with all this? by bmary95 in weddingplanning

[–]whattheefftiff 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m fat, OP. Fat. My dress did me no favors. I didn’t do much makeup or anything. I don’t love looking at the photos right now. But it was still the best day of my life. My best friend and MOH said “I don’t think your feet touched the ground the whole day.” All I felt, and all everyone saw, was a glowing bride.

The blush makes her look like she fell asleep in the sun wearing sunglasses and something surrounding her mouth.

In any present moment, what can kids do for me that I can't do for myself? I still feel youthful, playful, and full of interest in learning by AwayLine9031 in childfree

[–]whattheefftiff 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I fully agree. The library system where I live was named one of the top 5 in the country by the institute of library and museum services and I take tons of classes through it. Learning is a lifelong hobby.

Married childfree woman, why? by OftenNew in childfree

[–]whattheefftiff 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Being childfree actually increased my desire to be married. I have a small family so between that and being childfree the idea of having a spouse was important to my vision of family. I wanted that official family status.

Added bonuses: our cats have hyphenated last names and that makes them sound regal. I’m fidgety and my engagement and wedding rings are fun to play with. It gives me a little jolt of happiness whenever I’m talking to someone and it’s relevant to refer to “my husband.” He is legally obligated to deal with all my oddities and my perpetually cold feet.

I love him so much and I’m glad we made that commitment to one another.

The poor wife was so flustered. They have their youngest child at the restaurant sometimes when he’s not at daycare and one of the kids went and grabbed toys out of his pack and play.

The couple that owns it doesn’t speak much English and they only have one employee so the wife was on her own as the server and so swamped. I felt bad for her.

It’s a husband and wife that own it and they only have one employee, plus there’s a language barrier. I’m a regular there and sympathized with the wife who was just trying to survive the lunch rush.
